What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles within the logistics and distribution location.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while documenting relevant information as required.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

+ Assist with visitor and contractor management, verifying identification and maintaining logs as needed.

+ Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site leadership, and local authorities as appropriate.

+ Support inventory control measures by observing for irregularities and reporting discrepancies found during patrols or access control duties.

+ Maintain a professional presence and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and drivers within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
