    At Merrimack Health, we are committed to pay transparency and equity. The base salary range is $50.77- 76.16, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

     

    Your final base salary will be determined based on your education, experience, licensure, and internal equity considerations. Offers are typically made below the top of the range to support future salary growth.

    Job Summary

    The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist plays a key role in advancing the hospital system’s mission through a strong and cohesive digital presence. This position leads the planning, development, and execution of digital strategies and initiatives that enhance patient engagement, support service line growth, and strengthen the organization’s reputation across all online platforms.

     

    The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist oversees website strategy, management and development, leads digital marketing campaigns, and social media planning and execution, ensuring that all digital channels work together to inform, connect, and inspire patients, families, employees, and the broader community. The person in this role has a proven ability to problem-solve, work collaboratively with all levels throughout the health system, and lead efforts that promote, grow and support the health system’s digital engagement needs.

    EDUCATION AND RELATED EXPERIENCE:

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.

    + 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, website management, or online marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or academic medical settings.

    + Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS), SEO/SEM, analytics, paid media, and digital accessibility standards.

    + Proven experience leading integrated digital campaigns and social media programs.

    + Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

    + Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels across the organization
