Job Title: Site Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee the planning and execution of tool installations at our North Phoenix location. This onsite role requires effective leadership and supervision of Technicians and Field Engineers. The Site Manager will manage project planning, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for project execution.
Responsibilities
+ Ensure the creation and adherence to installation site safety procedures.
+ Conduct regular audits and investigate incidents to uphold project safety.
+ Address and resolve challenging situations with customers, contractors, and team members.
+ Oversee project execution and deliverables, ensuring safety, quality, and timely installation.
+ Interpret project schedules and develop installation work plans and schedules.
+ Organize and guide installation resources on-site to meet project requirements.
+ Act as the liaison with customers for all installation-related activities.
+ Handle project modifications, implement corrective measures, and revise project plans.
+ Finalize and disseminate project installation reports.
+ Execute project closure, aiding in project acceptance and handover.
+ Develop and oversee installation site management documents.
+ Identify project risks related to safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
+ Guide, mentor, train, and develop project teams.
+ Promote team communication and define expectations, roles, and responsibilities.
+ Arrange training to enhance team skills.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in project management and team oversight.
+ Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
+ Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting electromechanical devices.
+ Proven experience with customer interaction.
+ Familiarity with electrical diagnostic instruments and shop/hand tools.
+ Ability to interpret technical instructions in various forms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Technical School Certification, or Military Certification.
+ Experience in semiconductor automation.
+ Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred.
+ Project management, time management, and leadership skills.
+ Mechanical/electrical.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel and MS Project.
+ Safety-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment
The role operates on a compressed workweek schedule, consisting of 11.5-hour shifts with 6 hours of overtime every other week. The work is conducted onsite at TSMC, managing installation technicians and collaborating with customers to install material handling equipment. While performing duties, the employee is regularly required to use hands, reach with arms, and communicate effectively. The role requires occasional standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Appropriate attire includes jeans and a polo shirt.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
