Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Job Description
Join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be instrumental in optimizing the Maintenance Team's performance by meticulously planning and scheduling maintenance activities. You will collaborate closely with the Manager of Maintenance & Facilities to ensure resources and materials are efficiently managed for both planned and unplanned repairs.
Responsibilities
+ Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and clarity, and take corrective action as needed.
+ Prioritize and assess job status before entering work orders into the backlog.
+ Analyze work requirements, methods, and craft needs, issue sub-orders, and maintain overall job coordination.
+ Gather and secure necessary technical details, safety measures, utility requirements, and production clearances.
+ Prepare and review complete planning packages with Maintenance leadership.
+ Determine approximate start dates for work orders in consultation with Production and Maintenance teams.
+ Submit and review schedules with Maintenance supervision, adjusting plans as necessary.
+ Host weekly meetings to discuss work progress and upcoming schedules.
+ Monitor documentation and reports for accuracy and timeliness, taking corrective action as needed.
+ Provide requested information and submit exception reports as required.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of experience in Maintenance Planning or Production Planning in a manufacturing environment.
+ 1+ years of experience using SAP.
+ Ability to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and utility of formal reports.
+ Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

+ Strong work ethic with the ability to work 8-hour shifts while performing physical tasks.

Work Environment
This position is based in a very clean manufacturing environment where PPE such as hard hats, boots, and glasses are provided and required on the floor. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. You will report to the Maintenance Foreman and interact frequently with various departments, including Production Control, Maintenance Staff Services, and Plant Engineering. There is occasional contact with external vendors and contractors, especially regarding equipment installations or modifications and emergency repairs.

This is a Contract position based out of Casa Grande, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
