Financial Analyst – Real Estate Portfolio

Employment Type: Permanent

Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 + Bonus

Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic organization to hire a Financial Analyst who will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a diverse real estate portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys providing actionable insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts for assigned properties

+ Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on monthly and quarterly close processes

+ Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and investment decisions

+ Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management

+ Prepare and present reports on revenue, NOI, occupancy, and other key metrics

+ Support asset management with lease and capital alternative modeling

+ Drive P& L forecasting and performance reporting at property and portfolio levels

+ Participate in organizational projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

+ 2–5 years of relevant experience; real estate finance preferred

+ Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and modeling

+ Ability to manage large data sets and deliver actionable insights
