    Full Stack Software Engineer

     

    Compensation: Up to $250,000 base salary + competitive benefits

    We are seeking a highly skilled, innovative Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology Application Development team. This role offers a rare opportunity to design and build high-impact internal platforms used across a diverse, global organization.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance business applications aligned with long-term strategic goals

    + Research, prototype, and implement cutting-edge technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML adoption within business applications

    + Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions

    + Architect and implement microservices-based systems and integrate third-party platforms

    + Establish and promote engineering best practices across the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD

    + Collaborate with a world-class engineering team in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

    Requirements

    What You Bring

     

    + Advanced proficiency in Java or TypeScript, with extensive experience building scalable backend services and modern frontend applications

    + Strong background in REST API design and development, with a focus on security, consistency, and usability

    + Hands-on experience with transactional and distributed data stores (e.g., PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Firestore)

    + Proven commitment to engineering excellence in cloud-native, microservices environments

    + Experience building complex, secure systems; familiarity integrating with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a strong plus

    + Self-motivated, collaborative engineer who excels at bridging business objectives with technical execution

    + Ability to rapidly learn and apply emerging tools and technologies in a dynamic environment

    Education

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (required)

    + Advanced degree preferred
