    JOB SUMMARY This position performs repair, calibration and preventive maintenance on basic and complex medical equipment, instrumentation and life support systems used in healthcare delivery as well as other related duties in support of the Biomedical operations. Assist medical and nursing staff in the use of equipment.

     

    This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals, and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

    + Associate's degree in electronics or biomedical equipment technology is highly desirable, as well as a minimum of 10 years' experience in the repair and maintenance of medical equipment. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
