    Bistro Attendant

     

    Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is currently seeking a customer service focused smiling face to join our Residential Living Dining Services team! Your day will be filled with a variety of interactions with Team Members, Residents and Guests as the Bistro Attendant.

     

    We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual who has a passion for delivering a great experience and takes pride in a job well done.  We will provide you with the training you need to be successful.

     

    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, no weekends

     

    Compensation: $15.00-$18.50/hr, dependent upon experience

    Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

    + Helping to create and deliver a friendly and positive experience for residents, guests and team members by welcoming customers in a friendly manner.

    + Serving as back up to the short order cook during their break.

    + Perform normal retail duties such as handling register transactions, creating orders, serving food, cash handling and documenting customer feedback to improve selection and satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    + Possess a welcoming customer service-oriented demeanor.

    + Ability to be organized and multi-task.

    + Ability to operate a cash register, handle cash, give correct change and reconcile a cash drawer.
