In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

    Responsibilities:

    + Analyses, audits, reconciles and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.

    + Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.

    + Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and compensation and benefits issues for payroll processing.

    + Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.

    + Creates standard operating procedures, responds to merger and acquisition activities, and monitors monthly journal entry and accurate schedules.

    + May respond to and resolve client inquires.

    + May work with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider.

    + Prepare and validate load files to support conversion and testing.

    + Understanding integrations to and from multiple vendors and sources.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in related area

    + Minimum 2 years of experience with ADP Global View in operational/pay administration role (not project consulting) with multi-state processing.

    + 3-5 years operational experience with ADP Global View Specifically.

    + Experience as a Payroll/Benefits Specialist

    + Time and Attendance experience including Alight Leave Management System

    + Strong organizational and analytical capability.

    + Proficiency in Excel and ability to audit input and output for variance.

    + Able to speak and write Spanish and English

    + Able to work independently, familiarity wit common analytical techniques and interpretation of data.

    + UKG Timekeeping administration for payroll processing experience

    + Working Shift: 1st shit
