Job Summary

**Summary:** Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.

+ Maintain confidential personnel files.

+ Track incoming leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely responses and conversions.

+ Prepare sales packets, promotional materials, and onboarding documents for new clients.

+ Support event planning for sales initiatives, trade shows, or client engagement activities.

+ Assist with resolving client issues by coordinating with appropriate departments and ensuring timely follow-up.

+ Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.

+ Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.

+ Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

+ Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.
