    Job Overview

     

    Monitors, sets up, and maintains machines and equipment in the production line, ensuring the feeding of raw materials as per schedule, making minor repairs, and testing finished materials for compliance.

    Job Requirements

    + Conducting quality checks using precision measuring devices, ensuring compliance with the occupational safety and health administration (OSHA) guidelines.

    + Developing plans per the requirements, customer and product mix expectations, and meeting the key performance indicators to help the business achieve its goals.

    + Driving the cost-saving processes, enhancing productivity, achieving the cost-saving goals within the department, and streamlining the operational efficiency.

    + Monitoring and evaluating the processes for the development of new products, ensuring a positive customer experience.

     

    What your background should look like

     

    Typically requires a minimum of 4 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.

    COMPENSATION

    • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.00 - $21.50/Hour (subject to change dependent on physical location)

    • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

    • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
