    Apply Now

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Emergency Department cares for approximately 60,000 patients annually, and our residents spend about one-third of their overall ED time here. They gain exposure to a diverse range of complex medical conditions, including medically and surgically intricate cases from our world-renowned tertiary referral center, such as those seen at the Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. Residents also encounter patients with challenging oncologic, neurologic, and transplant-related emergencies, as well as international patients seeking advanced care.

In addition to these highly specialized cases, residents care for a local urban population that offers unique challenges and opportunities for growth as compassionate providers. They also see patients from a large community and suburban catchment that reflects the Cleveland Clinic's ongoing expansion in Northeast Ohio.
