• Technician Scheduler

    Twin City Hardware (Oakdale, MN)


    ### Job Duties

    Assign Technicians (or teams) to projects based on experience level and project difficulty

     

    Facilitate training from senior techs and vendors to apprentice techs

     

    Coordinate with subcontractors for proper scheduling of our technicians

     

    Update job progress and track labor hours in varied computer systems

     

    Visits to job sites as needed

     

    Other duties as assigned

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Ability to prioritize tasks for effective time management

     

    Must be organized and detail-oriented

     

    Ability to read and understand TCH paperwork

     

    Basic understanding of MBC

     

    Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team (both verbal and non-verbal)

     

    Intermediate computer skills in a Windows environment
