    Superintendent Site-Work – Kansas City Metro

     

    Pay Range:** **$100,000 – $140,000

    Overview:

    We are looking for skilled superintendent with dedicated site-work experience to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven professionals.

    Responsibilities:

    + Coordinate between trades

    + Manage project schedules

    + Keep projects on task

    + Ensure on-time delivery

    + Maintain budget compliance

    + Over-see park and ball field projects

    + Monitor quality standards

    Requirements:

    + Background check

    + Drug screen

    + Valid driver’s license

    + Site-work experience

    + Strong leadership skills
