    Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist who is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the Firms current and future staffing needs. This role manages the full-cycle recruitment process, partners with hiring managers, and ensures a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with business goals.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from job requisition through background checks

    + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles

    + Develop and post job advertisements across multiple sourcing channels

    + Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

    + Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes

    + Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit

    + Facilitate offer preparation, negotiation, and pre-employment processes

    + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

    + Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

    + Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hiring best practices

    + Other duties as assigned to fully meet the requirements of this position

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    + Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing

    + Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills

    + Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously

    + Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; SuccessFactors a plus

    + Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices

     

    Salary

     

    Chicago Only DOE: $42.00/hourly
