What You’ll Do:

+ Assist the Director of Nursing with daily operations and clinical oversight

+ Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth

+ Support compliance with state and federal regulations

+ Ensure resident-centered care and quality outcomes

+ Help build and sustain a positive, collaborative work culture

Qualifications:

+ Active Iowa RN license (or compact license)

+ Current CPR certification

+ Long-term care experience preferred

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
