Job Summary:

We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Kindred Resort is a visionary development with a mission to be the most welcoming luxury hospitality experience through extreme kindness and active excellence. Embedded in the resort experience is a passion for the outdoors and creating connection between guests, employees, and community. Our goal is to spark elevated experiences that welcome all kindred spirits.

As a Host or Hostess, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a warm and welcoming dining experience. This role offers the chance to learn multiple aspects of food and beverage operations in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Whether managing reservations or supporting the flow of service, you’ll help deliver an Experience of a Lifetime.

Job Specifications:

+ Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr

+ Employment Type: Year Round

+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available

+ Minimum Age: At least 14 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

+ Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming first impression

+ Manage reservations and waitlists with courteous and efficient phone and in-person communication

+ Monitor dining room flow and pace to ensure smooth seating and guest satisfaction

+ Support servers and attendants by coordinating table turns and offering assistance as needed

+ Acknowledge departing guests with genuine appreciation and kind remarks

+ Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and follow leadership guidance

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe host station and front-of-house area

+ Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

+ Previous restaurant or guest service experience preferred

+ Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a fast-paced hospitality environment

+ Fluent English communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 40 lbs

+ Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $22.19/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
