Job Description

**Sol Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re actively seeking** **_multiple motivated Physical Therapists_** to join our exceptional team. With **six clinic locations throughout the Tucson area** , we offer exciting opportunities to build a rewarding career while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

+ Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.

+ Provide expert, hands-on care using advanced manual therapy and exercise-based techniques.

+ Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, caregivers, and referring providers.

+ Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure quality and continuity of care.

+ Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians.

+ Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes and maintain a positive clinic culture.

Qualifications

+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

+ Advanced manual therapy and/or sports rehabilitation background preferred.

+ Interest in developing or expanding a **clinical specialty** (e.g., hand therapy, sports, pelvic health, chronic pain, or vestibular rehabilitation).

+ Current **Arizona PT license** (or ability to obtain prior to start).

+ **CPR certification.**

+ Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

+ Energetic, team-oriented mindset — and a passion for helping patients thrive.

+ **Compensation Range: $80K - 90K, based on experience, plus option for sign-on bonus**
