    Job Scope:

    + Diagnose and repair AC units, heat pumps, and gas heating systems

    + Perform routine maintenance, system inspections, and troubleshooting

    + Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair options, and system performance

    + Maintain accurate service records while properly managing tools, parts, and equipment
