What you'll do...
As a Senior Data Analyst on the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Product & Technology team, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that improve how we manage our campuses, buildings, and workplace experience. You’ll work with large datasets to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and support strategic decisions that optimize space utilization and operational efficiency. Your analysis will help shape policies, improve processes, and deliver meaningful outcomes for Associates and leadership. The Corporate Real Estate Product & Technology team uses data to drive smarter decisions for Walmart’s real estate portfolio and workplace experience. We analyze building and occupancy data, develop dashboards, and provide insights that enhance efficiency and resource allocation. What You’ll Do
+ Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support CRE initiatives.
+ Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs and highlight trends.
+ Translate business requirements into actionable analytics projects.
+ Perform statistical and exploratory analysis to uncover patterns and opportunities.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
+ Ensure data integrity and adherence to governance and quality standards.
+ Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.
+ Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive analytics and deliver advanced insights where applicable.
What You’ll Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
+ Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
+ Hands-on experience with Python or similar tools for advanced analytics.
+ Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
+ Knowledge of data governance, quality standards, and best practices.
+ Familiarity with Corporate Real Estate data (space management, occupancy, building systems) is a plus.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
