    Key Responsibilities:

    + Act as the single focal point for all project status information, activities, coordination, scheduling, risk management and issues resolution.

    + Create, monitor and update all program documentation to include program management plan, contract and technical performance reports, risk management plans, and transition documentation.

    + Provide timely and accurate reporting of programmatic and technical information to project teams and others.

    + Conduct various program management reviews and briefings to senior level stakeholders.

    + Generate and maintain the necessary programmatic metrics to include cost, schedule, technical, operation and quality.

    + Ensure systems are built to meet performance, security, and functional requirements.

    + Manage resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer requirements.

    + Manage the relationship with the customer and relevant stakeholders.

    + Location: Chantilly, VA

    + Travel Requirements: Minimal

    + Working Hours: Standard

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    + Security Clearance: TS/SCI ++

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, preferably in technical area

    + Experience: Minimum of 7 years as a Program or Project Manager

    + Experience working with software developers, test engineers, system engineers, system administrators, cloud engineers, and system integrators

    + Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.

    + Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.

    + Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Desired:

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

    + Experience with cloud-based projects and technologies (i.e. Azure, AWS)

    + Experience using tracking systems for issues and problems such as JIRA
