HR Shared Services Coordinator

*Position will be hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Kelly is seeking an HR Shared Services Coordinator to work with our client, a successful global manufacturing organization, on a **temporary basis for about 6 months** . This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organization that is committed to advancing scientific breakthroughs!

The HR Shared Services Coordinator will:

+ **_Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking information about HR policies, procedures, and programs_**

+ **_P_** **_rovide timely and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members as needed_**

+ **_Manage and analyze large datasets in Excel, including handling EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for data integration and uploads into Workday_**

+ **_Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, streamline workflows, and improve the employee experience_**

+ **_Propose solutions to HR leadership and subject matter experts (SMEs)_**

+ **_Assist in processing HR department invoices, tracking expenses, and allocating costs to the correct cost centers_**

+ **_Ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices related to benefits, talent acquisition, and other HR functions_**

+ **_Maintain accurate financial records for the HR Department and support invoicing and payment processes_**

+ **_Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, arranging travel, initiating pre-hire actions items, and assisting with campus recruitment_**

+ **_Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to recruiting policies, procedures_** **_,_** **_and programs_**

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)

+ 1-3 years Human Resources experience

+ Experience with HR Service Management system (e.g., Workday Help, ServiceNow HRSM) preferred

+ Effective oral and written communication skills

+ Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

+ Self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently

+ Must be proficient in various relevant computer/software programs with strong Excel and reporting skills
