In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

+ Build, optimize, and manage cloud-native systems such as Kubernetes clusters and cloud resources

+ Document, maintain, improve, and validate work products

+ Participate in agile development process as part of a scrum team including planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement

For This Role, You Will Need:

+ Five or more years’ experience with large-scale infrastructure systems in a production environment

+ Proficiency with modern programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go, C#, Java, or others

+ Proficiency with Kubernetes (cluster lifecycle, networking, upgrades, helm charts) and containerization technologies such as Docker

+ Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) technologies such as Terraform

+ Proficiency with cloud services and configuration management tools such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

+ Experience working in an Agile development process

+ Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

+ Proficiency in Azure pipelines, cloud services, and management tools

+ Strong understanding of network architecture and security

+ Experience optimizing performance and scalability in infrastructure systems

+ Experience with service discovery and load-balancing technologies

+ Experience with service mesh technologies

+ Experience with GitOps (Argo CD or Flux)

+ Experience in observability and telemetry in cloud applications (logging, metrics, tracing)

+ Experience operating with DevSecOps CI/CD automation environments

+ Experience with backup and disaster recovery in a cloud environment

+ Experience in cloud-native application development, architectural patterns, and best practices with the ability to review and provide feedback on others’ designs

+ Experience in an organization using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

+ An understanding of Process Control or Distributed Control Systems

+ Ability to travel occasionally (domestically)
