• User Experience Designer

    Job Description:

    + We are seeking a UX Designer with a strong focus on data visualization to join AP Systems Business Intelligence team.

    + The ideal candidate will translate data into clear, actionable visualizations that help to inform leaders and communicate KPI insights across cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to measure key performance metrics.

    + Translate UX analytics data into clear visualizations and narratives for leadership performance to plan meetings.

    + Partner with Function managers, BI team, and engineers to define visualizations.

    + Create templates, documentation, and visualization standards (colors, chart types, annotation conventions) to ensure consistency across teams.

    + Present insights and recommendations that drive design decisions and prioritize UX improvements.

    Required Qualifications

    + 5+ years of experience in UX analytics, data visualization, or product analytics role.

    + Strong proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.

    + Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and SQL for data querying.

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Demonstrable portfolio of dashboards and UX-focused visualizations.

    + Ability to work in cross-functional, agile teams and manage multiple priorities.

    + Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with data modeling, ETL tools, or Python/R for data manipulation and advanced analyses.

    Education:

    + Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
