Your role and responsibilities
* Assist in mapping and transitioning Q2C processes for acquired or divested entities
* Support data analysis and reconciliation across billing and receivables systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, IT) to ensure seamless integration
* Help document and standardize Q2C workflows and controls
* Participate in project meetings and contribute to integration status updates
* Conduct benchmarking and performance tracking of Q2C KPIs
* Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership
Required technical and professional expertise
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
* Basic understanding of Q2C processes: quoting, contracting, billing, collections
* Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana)
* Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
