    What You'll Be Doing

    + Monitor, coordinate, and reconcile inbound/outbound rail schedules, and enter billing in SAP.

    + Serve as primary liaison between HM Logistics, Union Pacific, internal/external customers, and third-party vendors.

    + Reconcile vendor invoices, schedule railcar cleaning, and maintain rail-related administrative records.

    + Provide on-call support and cross-train in scale house operations and truck automation procedures.

    + Coordinate logistics for special events, handle non-PO package shipments, enter purchase requisitions, and serve as a back-up for the plant clerical staff.

    + Engage in plant safety walkthroughs and inspections to ensure compliance and promote a safe work environment.

    + Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm and rotational weekends (SAT & SUN).

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    + Rail industry knowledge is a plus

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

    Work Environment

    + Position is based in a plant quarry setting within the plant environment.

    + Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

    + Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.

    + Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

    + Ability to work in varying plant conditions.
