    Join our dynamic EOC team and help drive the Innovation Agenda at Colgate-Palmolive. This internship offers a unique opportunity to bring and keep people (consumers and Dentists/hygienists) at the center of whatever we do in our business, through human-centered strategies, products, concepts, visualizations, claims, names, designs and communication.

    What you will do:

    Data Analysis:

    + Hands on with tools to run data queries on internal database/systems, as well as local agency databases

    + Present a story using data

    + Visualize data on slides along with a story

    + Conducting desk research and gathering information from various sources.

    + Assisting with the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.

    + Identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data.

    + Organizing and maintaining data in a structured manner.

    + Ensuring data accuracy and integrity

    Research Support:

    + Assisting with the design and execution of research projects.

    + Supporting the analysis and cascading of research findings.

    + Preparing reports, presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    + Working closely with other team members and stakeholders.

    + Providing administrative support as needed.

    Requirements:

    + Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends.

    + Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to present data and insights to the teams

    + Data Analysis Skills .

    + Presentation Skills: Ability to create clear and compelling presentations.

    + Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy.

    + Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.

    + Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software (e.g., Google office tools, Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, Nielsen database, Euromonitor, etc.).

    + Eager to learn

    Potential Projects:

    + Help Deliver Portfolio Strategy & opportunity prioritisation through analytics & insights

    + Drive perceivable superiority by codification and deployment of PS framework and tracking of scorecards

    Compensation and Benefits

    Salary Range $20.50 - $25.00 USD

     

    Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
