About The Role:
Join CBRE as a Vendor Management Leader and lead transformative outsourcing and insourcing initiatives. Partner with senior leaders and suppliers to optimize processes, streamline costs, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Please Note:
+ Starting compensation for this position ranges between $110k–$120k annually.
+ This position is bonus eligible.
+ This is a location-independent role.
What You'll Do:
+ Cultivate and strengthen relationships with CBRE leadership teams and suppliers. Partner with suppliers to develop and scale capabilities that anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring agility, efficiency, and sustained growth
+ Coordinate RFPs, supplier qualification, pricing, and contract negotiations. Serve as final reviewer/approver for contracts and change requests, ensuring signatures and compliance standards are met.
+ Manage end-to-end outsourcing lifecycle and project transitions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Develop and maintains risk mitigation strategies, including Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.
+ Define supplier performance objectives and track SLA compliance. Participate in governance reviews and manages supplier issues and partner concerns.
+ Consult with business partners to analyze opportunities and deliver status updates. Maintains departmental roadmap to identify and prioritize future opportunities.
+ Align budgets, forecasts, and cost allocation processes, securing approvals for optimal resource use.
+ Drive efficiency and effectiveness in contracts to enhance business value. Leverage AI and automation to enhance processes across supplier relationships and portfolio governance.
+ Resolve contractual and financial issues proactively, supporting operational continuity.
+ Provides formal supervision to assigned employees within single functional or operational area. Mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.

+ A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 5 - 8 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Preferred Certifications: Green Belt Lean Six Sigma, PMP, aCOP, SRM Practitioner.
+ Experienced in writing reports, manuals, and delivering persuasive presentations.
+ Skilled in analyzing complex business documents and resolving sensitive issues.
+ Strong understanding of business and legal contract terminology.
+ Deep knowledge of financial principles and analyzing complex data.
+ Advanced expertise in computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to travel as required.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Vendor Management Leader position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Vendor Management Leader position is $126,000. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
