As a CBRE Operations Management Manager for a tech client, you'll be responsible for directing and managing their business operations, ensuring they align with strategic goals. This onsite role requires a strong understanding of technology, including IT infrastructure and service delivery, and the ability to collaborate across departments. You'll focus on optimizing processes, managing resources, and supporting the client's technological advancements.
This position involves a hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation and success of the client's technology products and services. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and contributing to the client's overall success.
What You’ll Do:
+ Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, and other business metrics; analyze trends to identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
+ Manage the monthly forecasting process for assigned clients or regions.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, real estate law, and state/federal guidelines.
+ Maintain data integrity across all systems used by the team.
+ Partner with regional teams and departments to identify and implement organizational best practices.
+ Communicate policies, procedures, and initiatives to create consistency across the region.
+ Lead by example, model CBRE RISE values, and influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
+ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues within systems and processes.
What You’ll Need:
+ **Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.**
+ **Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.**
+ **Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.**
+ **Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.**
+ **In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.**
+ **Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.**

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Operations Manager] position is $110,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Operations Manager] position is $120,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
