Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Trade Surveillance Fixed Income (Senior / Lead Level) to join their team. As a Trade Surveillance Fixed Income (Senior / Lead Level), you will be part of the CIB Control Management – Trade Surveillance team supporting the Bundle & Bid (Experis) engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Trade Surveillance Fixed Income (Senior / Lead Level)
**Pay Range:** $70
What's the Job?
+ Support high-visibility Fixed Income market abuse detection, investigation, and escalation efforts.
+ Perform manual and system-based surveillance across various Fixed Income products including rates, credit, structured products, and FX where applicable.
+ Review, analyze, and investigate surveillance alerts to identify potential market abuse behaviors such as spoofing, layering, marking the close, front-running, wash trades, and improper information use.
+ Escalate validated concerns with clear documentation and regulatory context, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
+ Collaborate with Traders, Sales, Compliance, and Technology teams to refine controls and support surveillance logic development.
What's Needed?
+ Hands-on experience in Fixed Income trading or market abuse surveillance (mandatory).
+ Strong understanding of Fixed Income products including rates, credit, repos, and structured notes.
+ Proven experience reviewing and escalating market abuse alerts.
+ Knowledge of market abuse regulations and behaviors.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts in fast-paced trading environments.
