    Job Title: Production Assembler

     

    Pay Range: $15.00 hr

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assemble tractor components and parts using tools and machinery per work instructions.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.

    + Inspect parts and finished products for quality compliance.

    + Operate hoists, jigs, and fixtures safely.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

    + Report defective parts or processes promptly.

    + Meet daily production goals while minimizing scrap and rework.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and quality.

    Qualifications

    + Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

    + Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

    + Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to lift regularly and perform physical tasks.

    + Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

    + Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
