    Quality Assurance Technician – Protect Food Quality & Safety

     

    Attention quality professionals! We’re hiring **Quality Assurance Technicians** for a **night-shift (6p–6a)** role with **our client** , one of the largest manufacturing organizations in Aroostook County, known for stability and strong food safety standards. These positions pay **$17.50–$21/hr** and are **temp-to-hire** .

     

    This is a **hands-on QA role** ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy **food safety, inspections, and ensuring product compliance** in a team-based manufacturing environment. Apply today!

    Typical daily duties:

    • Perform routine quality and food safety checks throughout production

    • Verify CCPs/CQPs, conduct GMP audits, and complete environmental swabbing

    • Collect, test, and document product samples for compliance

    • Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure production readiness

    What we’re looking for:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required

    • 1–2 years of quality assurance experience with food safety knowledge

    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft programs for data entry and reporting
