Our client, a leading organization in the technology and customer success sector, is seeking a CSAM to join their team. As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be supporting initiatives focused on service management, customer health programs, cloud and AI innovation, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Customer Success Account Manager
Remote (preferably EST hours)
18 Month Contract
**Pay Range:** $35
What's the Job?
+ Manage and support reactive accountability priorities and community calls
+ Create and maintain content, follow up on action items
+ Collaborate with stakeholders across various solution areas
+ Analyze trends and identify productivity improvements
+ Support customer engagement initiatives proactively and reactively
What's Needed?
+ At least 2 years of program management experience
+ Bachelor’s degree required; certifications like PMP/PMI preferred
+ Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
+ Skilled in creating clear documentation and impactful presentation decks
+ Strong organizational and communication skills
