    Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting end users and authorized service providers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer service, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist

    **Location:** Alpharetta, GA

    **Pay Range:** $19.37 to $25.36 (based on experience)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Lead technical support for end users and authorized service providers, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.

    + Utilize proactive monitoring tools to identify and prevent potential problems before they impact customers.

    + Maintain comprehensive documentation of work orders, software, and inventory to support operational efficiency.

    + Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement best practices across global operations.

    + Provide technical consulting during contract renewals and build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education; technical work experience preferred.

    + 4-6 years of related experience in customer support, on-site technical support, or systems management.

    + Broad knowledge of HP products, services, and core technical competencies such as OS, networking, and security management.

    + Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and management at various levels.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
