    Accounts Receivable Clerk – 1st Shift

    **Location:** Raymore, MO

    **Pay:** $20/hour

    **Schedule:** 1st Shift

    **Hours:** 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to handle customer accounts and payments. This role involves posting payments, assisting customers with account questions, and helping ensure accounts are accurate and up to date. This is a fast-paced position with a high volume of accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    + Post and apply customer payments (checks, cash, EFT, online payments)

    + Research and resolve account issues and discrepancies

    + Maintain accurate customer account records

    + Make courtesy and collection calls as needed

    + Manage a large number of customer accounts

    + Send monthly statements

    + Communicate with customers and internal teams

    + Provide professional customer service

    Qualifications:

    + Previous Accounts Receivable experience preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and organization

    + Good communication and customer service skills

    + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

    + Ability to sit for long periods; may lift up to 20 lbs
