    Site Manager, Production & Fulfillment Operations (Onsite)** **Position Profile

    Supervises day‑to‑day operations and staff of high‑production and fulfillment operations at MS sites. Develops, implements, and reviews related procedures. Manages invoicing and customer interactions; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures customer expectations are met. This role requires significant customer interface.

     

    Responsible for **13+ employees** or **$80K+ in monthly services revenue** at a single site.

     

    After ensuring achievement of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), the Site Manager partners with the customer to improve business processes through optimization and use of **Ricoh Process Director** . Requires a strong understanding of client requirements and IT‑centric communication skills to collaborate with customer IT departments.

     

    Communicates business process opportunities to sales and professional service teams. Assists support teams in developing and managing additional production print customers, including setting up new job types in Ricoh Process Director.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    + Routinely demonstrates and fosters a helpful, positive work culture.

    + Encourages strong relationships and effective communication with coworkers and outside vendors.

    + Maintains relationships with the Post Office.

    + Maintains and evaluates 3rd‑party vendors for cost savings and deliverables.

    + Represents the company professionally and in alignment with Ricoh’s Code of Ethics.

    + Effectively implements and manages **Ricoh Service Excellence** .

    + Achieves shift profitability through proper supervision of materials and supplies.

    + Manages production labor percentages to meet company standards.

    + Meets quality and deadline standards using effective scheduling practices.

    + Handles daily formal customer contact in MS and as needed in BIS.

    + Provides workflow and machine operation training when necessary.

    + Ensures quality and compliance through effective audit and deadline management.

    + Ensures Federal Regulatory and Customer SLAs are consistently met.

    + Increases employee retention by achieving turnover and tenure goals.

    + Maintains efficient workflow and holds direct reports accountable for quality and efficiency.

    + Improves operational quality and consistency through performance and operational procedures.

    + Ensures optimal staffing by matching employee skills with production demands.

    + Recommends solution configurations to Sales and the Customer.

    + Acts as a consultant to improve customer business processes via workflow enhancements.

    + Facilitates resolution of pricing, order, and invoicing issues through communication with Sales.

    + Motivates employees and recognizes achievements promptly.

    + Clearly communicates expectations and consequences; trains, coaches, evaluates, and directs staff.

    + Completes site reports and other required documentation.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications (Education, Experience & Certifications)

    Required:

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + 3+ years of related experience.

    + At least 1 year of experience managing a production and/or customer service work team.

    + Experience delivering classroom or informal training sessions.

    + Experience operating advanced machines and performing complex workflows.

    + Must be able to lift or move items up to **50 lbs** .

    + Requires moderate dexterity (calculator, keyboard, tools, hand‑eye coordination).
