Company Overview Friedman Real Estate is a leading privately held commercial real estate firm, specializing in property management, facilities management, construction, brokerage, and mortgage banking. The company manages a diverse portfolio and is pursuing significant growth over the next decade.
Position Summary The Chief of Staff is a strategic partner to the President, responsible for driving organizational alignment and supporting executive initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
+ Apply EOS® operating system principles to align people, processes, and priorities.
+ Translate executive vision into actionable plans and monitor progress.
+ Represent the President in internal meetings, facilitate discussions, and document decisions.
+ Ensure accountability and follow-up on strategic initiatives.
+ Foster cross-departmental communication and resolve operational challenges.
+ Lead special projects, including technology upgrades and process improvements.
+ Oversee internal communications and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
+ Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations, strategy, or executive support; real estate experience preferred.
+ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at all levels.
