    **Job Title:** Production Operator I

    Adecco Staffing is currently seeking a **Production Operator I** in Ashland, VA. This position is responsible for safely packaging finished products, supporting blending operations, and ensuring production activities are completed in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Package finished products into designated containers of various sizes

    + Perform basic system functions, including opening/closing blend vat valves and initiating rinse cycles

    + Print and apply accurate product labels and barcodes to containers and drums

    + Ensure materials and supplies are available; pull samples and maintain communication with the Blend Operator

    + Notify Production Foreman and Blend Operator of any operational or safety issues

    + Verify accuracy of floor scales and ensure equipment, hoses, and work areas are clean and operational

    + Safely operate a forklift and complete daily forklift inspections

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment

    + Assist with production cycle counts and support bulk loading operations as needed

    + Serve as backup for the Blend Operator when required

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Skills:

    + Ability to follow safety policies and production procedures

    + Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

    + Forklift operation experience or ability to become certified

    + Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

    + Basic technical and analytical abilities

    + Self-motivated with attention to detail

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
