Job Description
• As a Product Operations Specialist, you participate in 2-3 project teams, often led by more senior ProdOps employees.
• You are responsible for a particular workstream or collection of strategic analyses and often serve as the team expert on a particular dimension of the problem to be solved.
• You create impact seen through outputs of individual analyses and recommendations, and your work is often linked to a major team priority or to larger, priority projects for the PA.
• You complete work on time and check carefully for errors and omissions, incorporating feedback quickly and thoughtfully, as it is received.
• You identify and recommend/execute ways to address defined problems using a range of skills and selecting appropriate methods to most effectively achieve objectives.
• You understand structural factors that contribute to complexity and can collaborate effectively across functions to overcome obstacles and drive desired outcomes.
• You possess a comprehensive understanding of core products or technologies for a project or work stream and sufficient business acumen to own a portion of the PA strategy you are working on within your team.
Responsibilities include:
• Understand the product and service, how it relates to our strategy and product excellence, tools used to provide those services, and how it compares to competitors and within the industry. Research and synthesize industry intelligence to communicate insights that influence product strategy.
• Define and monitor key strategic trends/inputs (e.g., OKRs, metrics) to ensure strategy is on track.
• Regularly evaluate strategy and recommend effective data-based approaches which integrate issues and perspectives from stakeholders across the organization.
• Synthesize smaller decisions for communication between lower-level management and within the broader organization.
• Gather and analyze regular competitive and trending news/insights on the business and competitive landscape to inform recommendations.
• Establish credibility at a module level due to familiarity and experience with concepts or ideas.
• Work closely with function leaders, product managers, and product area leadership to support operationalization of recommendations with minimal guidance.
• Work closely with Communications and Marketing (and other relevant cross-functional partners) to provide a consistent narrative across initiatives, functions, and organizations.
• Conduct strategic analysis, identifying, evaluating, and recommending ways to optimize business performance and deliver best-in-class execution within relevant PA, function, or sub-function with minimal guidance.
• Demonstrate strong program management skills particularly with large-scale, complex, and cross-functional projects. Own project plans to implement projects like localization, re-orgs or go-to-market strategies. Collaborate and partner with the broader team to achieve success.
• Manage work streams related to key initiatives from inception to completion, including team-wide initiatives on projects to support alignment and increase velocity.
• Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the business.
• Own critical and strategic annual planning work streams (e.g., work drive/opex modeling). Manage HC, OKRs, and strategic communications to ensure strategy is on track.
• Understand core products and technologies for relevant space/product area and the ability to translate technical issues into impact on product direction.
• Understand project dependencies and cross-functional issues that impact the project.

**Pay Details:** $100.00 per hour
