Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist** **Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of goods.

Responsibilities

+ Manage shipping and receiving operations in the warehouse.

+ Lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs unassisted, multiple times a day.

+ Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.

+ Utilize computer systems for checking and responding to emails.

+ Organize and maintain inventory and shipping records.

Essential Skills

+ At least 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.

+ At least 2 years of forklift operation experience.

+ At least 2 years of pallet jack operation experience.

+ At least 2 years of computer operation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Knowledge of DOT regulations.

+ Familiarity with Hazmat handling.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility located in Benicia. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. The facility provides a structured and organized environment to ensure efficient operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Benicia, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
