    Manufacturing Associate

    **Location:** Lima, NY

    **Shift:** 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday through Friday

    **Pay:** $20.50/hour

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time

    **Sign-On Bonus:** $500 after 4 months of employment

    Job Description

    As a **Manufacturing Associate** , you’ll play a key part in producing high‑quality filter media used across a variety of industries. You’ll work with specialized machinery, ensure precision in every cut and fold, and help keep our production floor running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow within a supportive, expanding organization.

    Responsibilities

    + Cut large rolls of filter media into precise widths using slitting equipment

    + Maintain consistent material size and quality for downstream processes

    + Manage inventory, including pulling materials and returning unused stock

    + Lift and handle raw materials weighing up to 50 lbs

    + Operate pleating machines to form accurate folds in slit materials

    + Load and run pleating equipment and cut pleated material using a bandsaw

    + Perform material handling tasks to ensure efficient machine loading

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in a manufacturing or production environment

    + Ability to operate basic equipment safely and efficiently

    + Familiarity with machine operation, general production tasks, and inspection processes

    Additional Qualifications

    + General labor experience is a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

    + Willingness to learn and grow within the role

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
