    Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking four production team members for a dynamic role at our East Moline, IL location. As a warehouse worker, you will be responsible for completing various assigned tasks and projects across different departments such as Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, Shipping, and Work Orders. A key aspect of this role involves preparing copper tubing and pipes for shipment to major retailers like Menards, Lowes, and Home Depot.

    Responsibilities

    + Move pipe to designated pick locations.

    + Pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.

    + Bar code and label pipes appropriately.

    + Bundle and wrap pipes securely for shipment.

    + Perform pipe cutting as per cut sheets provided.

    + Manage scrap segregation and identification.

    + Wrap products for secure shipment.

    + Unload trucks as needed.

    + Load outbound shipments efficiently.

Once trained and cross-trained, typically within 1-3 weeks, employees become eligible for production incentives including additional hourly earnings.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is non-climate controlled, which means it can be hot during summer months and cold in winter. The noise level varies from quiet to moderate and occasionally loud, depending on the specific department activities and the use of tools.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
