Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a machine operator, you will play a crucial role in executing precision screen printing processes on thin film components used in semiconductor manufacturing. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

+ Obtain work instructions and set up screen printing equipment.

+ Select and apply appropriate paste per specifications.

+ Operate machines to print components with precision and consistency.

+ Perform visual alignment checks and cure printed ink in furnaces.

+ Clean screens and equipment after each process.

Skills & Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Ability to read and interpret production documents.

+ Strong attention to detail with good math and computer skills.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.

Work Environment

Our facility manufactures a wide range of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components essential for modern technology across various industries. Work shifts are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with specific training periods. We offer shift differentials for certain roles, ensuring competitive compensation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Niagara Falls, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
