Now hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in the Mechanicsburg, PA area

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Mechanic, specializing in high-speed printing press machines. You will perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment and machinery within the plant. Your expertise will be crucial in working with AC/DC controls, 3-phase motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, drive controls, photo and proximity sensing devices.

Shifts Available:

1st shift (front half of week) Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday 8am-4pm

1st shift (back half of week) Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 8am-4pm

Pay Rate: $25-$32/hour based on experience

Responsibilities

+ Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on high-speed printing press machines.

+ Work with AC/DC controls, 3-phase motors, conveyors, belts, bearings, and drive controls.

+ Utilize photo and proximity sensing devices and operate encoders.

+ Troubleshoot electrically and mechanically using schematics.

+ Diagnose electrical issues using a multi-meter.

+ Interface with Siemens PLCs, checking inputs and outputs to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
