Job Title: Finish Carpenter

Pay: 22-30/hr

Job Description

Join a dynamic team that specializes in creating large custom modular buildings such as schools, hospitals, banks, restaurants, and offices. As a Finish Carpenter, you will report to the site location and contribute to the construction of these impressive structures.

Responsibilities

+ Follow blueprints to install ceiling grids and perform drywall work.

+ Engage in both rough and finish carpentry tasks.

+ Collaborate with a team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and laborers to build individual units.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in framing and finish carpentry.

+ Experience with drywall and ceiling grid installation.

+ Familiarity with hand tools and ability to read blueprints.

+ At least one year of experience in carpentry or related construction fields.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with stilts is preferred.

+ Understanding of electrical, HVAC, piping, and mechanical installations.

+ Residential construction experience is also acceptable.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leola, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
