    Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionJob Description

     

    As a Plumbing Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial projects, overseeing their construction and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise craft in a self-perform environment.

    + Manage subcontractors and ensure project size exceeds $5 million.

    + Monitor production and control costs effectively.

    + Facilitate management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety during project execution.

    Essential Skills

    + 5 years of experience in Heavy Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbing systems.

    + Construction management and mechanical expertise.

    + Experience with HVAC systems, piping systems, and plumbing.

    + OSHA 30 certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Past personal experience as a crafts person in the mechanical trades.

    + Previous or current professional licensing is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
