As our Business Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly while contributing to employee engagement and marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety, problem-solving, and making an impact every day.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Support
+ Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining supplies.
+ Coordinate weekly snack orders and distribution.
+ Provide executive-level administrative assistance.
Human Resources
+ Assist with onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle activities.
+ Support recruitment by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
+ Help plan and execute employee engagement programs and company events.
Marketing
+ Organize and manage company merchandise and marketing materials.
+ Coordinate shipments for internal teams, customers, and trade shows.
+ Plan and publish quarterly event calendars.
+ Research and onboard vendors; manage purchasing of supplies and materials.
+ Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and website updates.
+ Maintain and optimize company databases for accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
+ Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
+ Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative or coordinator role; HR and marketing exposure is a plus.
+ Skills:
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel skills a plus)
+ Familiarity with HRIS and Canva or Adobe Suite is a bonus
+ Tech-savvy with a knack for process improvement
Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, resourceful, creative, confidential, positive team player with strong time management skills.
