Description We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This long-term contract position involves providing both in-office and field support to clients. The role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Windows-based systems and applications while delivering exceptional technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely, ensuring timely issue resolution.

• Manage and maintain Windows servers and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10 systems to address user needs.

• Administer and support Office 365 applications, ensuring seamless functionality for end users.

• Handle Active Directory tasks, including user account management and permissions setup.

• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or improvements.

• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine system processes and support strategies.

• Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionalities and best practices.

• Document all technical procedures and solutions for future reference.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend system upgrades as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory, including user and group management.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration.

• Expertise in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 systems.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications and support.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
