    Description

    Robert Half's client in Concord, CA is seeking a Community Manager for a temporary assignment.

     

    This position will oversee the daily operations across assigned tax credit housing communities to ensure optimal functionality, resident satisfaction, and compliance with housing standards.

     

    Conduct regular property inspections and maintain timely communication with maintenance teams to ensure properties remain safe, clean, and operational.

    Compliance Management:

    Ensure full compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program requirements, including documentation, reporting, resident eligibility monitoring, and leasing processes.

     

    Stay current with housing regulatory updates and industry standards to continuously meet tax credit program guidelines.

    Resident Relations:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and fostering a sense of community through empathetic and professional communication.

     

    Promote resident retention through events, programs, and a resident-first management approach.
