Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate billing, credit management, collections, and cash applications. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete accounts receivable process, including billing, credit management, and collections.

• Accurately process and apply cash payments to customer accounts.

• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients to ensure timely collection.

• Conduct commercial collections with professionalism and efficiency.

• Maintain detailed and organized financial records for auditing purposes.

• Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create reports.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.

• Prepare and present regular accounts receivable reports to management.

• Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounts receivable function.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in billing, credit management, collections, and cash applications.

• Strong knowledge of commercial collections processes.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
